training

physical training: when moving, muz feel the stretch, or else it will be useless.
2v1: 2 people objective is to att the person. 1 is suppose to defend. both muz keep in mind to keep the game goin on, or to simply put it, keep the rally goin.
4v2: 4 people att 2. same thing, 2 muz defend and keep in mind to keep the rally goin. cant att too hard. muz always giv the opposition a chance. or else cant continue properly. for the 2 people, they muz each rotate along lik a doubles game. 4 people muz create a chance for the players to move.
